To make finding a restaurant easy, we’ve organized it by day of the week and alphabetically. Note that deals change and may not be available in all locations/ at all times, but bookmark this page so you know where you and the family can affordably eat out!
Kids Eat Free Every Day
Bruster’s Real Ice Cream- If your kid is shorter than Scoops the mascot (40 inches tall), they can receive a free baby cone. Everyday!
Cafe Rio– With the purchase of an adult meal, kids under seven get a free Nino Quesadilla. We like free kids meals everyday!
Carrow’s- The beloved breakfast diner is a great choice for family dinners. Here, kids under 10 get a free meal Mon-Fri, after 4p, with the purchase of an adult meal.
Cici’s Pizza– Kids under 3 eat for free when you purchase an adult meal. Caveat is that only some locations participate, and some offer this kids eat free deal only some days, so call ahead.
Culver’s- OK, so this is technically a dessert offer, but free is free. Kids 12 and younger get a free custard with their meal.
Double Dave’s Pizza– Buy one adult’s buffet, get a free kid’s buffet. Sounds like a double deal.
Fricker’s- One of the best kids eat free deals around- kids eat free all day, everyday. Awesome!
Holiday Inn– Next time you’re on a family vacation, consider staying at a Holiday Inn. Not only is the national chain family friendly, they also allow up to four kids per room eat for free at the on-site restaurant. Although kids must be 12 or younger to qualify, there’s no day or time restrictions.
IHOP– Kids eat free each day from 4-9p at the International House of Pancakes. One free kids meal per adult’s meal purchased and the offer is good for dine in-only and can’t be combined with other coupons of offers.
McAlister’s Deli– So not exactly free, but kids eat for 99 cents every day. Where else can you feed your kiddos for less than a buck?
Norms- Kids 10 and under can get a free junior entree item with each adult entree purchased, Monday through Friday.
O’Charley’s- All day, everyday kids under 10 get a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult meal.
On The Border– The Tex-Mex chain is another restaurant offering free desserts- in this case, sundaes- to kids with the purchase of a kids meal.
Steak ‘n’ Shake– Seven days a week, you can get a free kids meal for each $9 you spend on other menu items.
Monday
Kick off the work and school week right with dinner at one of these restaurants, which offer free kids meals on Mondays.
Arooga’s- Kids 12 and under eat for free on Monday (with purchase of adult meal).
Chili’s- The family-favorite offers kids meals for free on Mondays, you just have to join their free rewards program.
Cinzetti’s- From 5-9p, kids under 12 eat free here on Monday.
Cody’s Original Steakhouse– Treat the whole family to a steak dinner! On Mondays on Tuesdays, kids under 10 can eat free, and families can get two free kids meals with each adult order.
Fuddrucker’s- From 4p-9p, kids under 12 can eat for just 99 cents both Monday and Tuesday nights
Rock Bottom Cafe – On Monday and Tuesday, kids under 12 eat free. Nice.
Skyline Chili– Monday evening from 4p-9p, little ones 4 and under eat free.
Spaghetti Warehouse– While it’s not free, this is a pretty good deal- When you order an adult meal, kids’ meals eat for just $1.99. Limit 2 kids per adult, and kids must be under 11.
Texas Roadhouse– When you dine in, kids eat for just $0.99 at Texas Roadhouse. The deal will vary from location to location, as some places offer the deal on Monday, and some on Tuesday. Can’t be combined with other discounts or deals.
WhichWich- Start- and end- your week right with this deal for kids under 12. With the purchase of an adult’s 7” sandwich, the kids menu is just 99 cents. Deal available Monday and Saturday.
Woody’s BBQ- From 3p to closing, kids 10 and under eat free on Monday.
Tuesday
Tuesday is a very popular day for free kids meals. We’ve found nearly 30 restaurants offering free kids meals on Tuesdays. Hope you’re hungry!
Atlanta Bread– With each adult meal, get one free kids meal. Deal valid from 4p to closing.
Backyard Burgers– Get a free kids meal with an adult combo meal on Tuesday.
Beef O’Brady’s– Get a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult meal after 4p on Tuesdays.
Bennigan’s- After 4pm, kids under 12 can get a free meal when an adult’s meal is purchased.
Black Eyed Pea– From 5pm to closing, get a free kids meal with purchase of an adult’s. Kids must be 12 or under to qualify.
Bob Evan’s- After 4p on Tuesdays, kids eat free at Bob Evans.
Chevy’s Fresh Mex– Buy one adult meal, get a kids one free.
Chick-Fil-A– From 5:30p- 7:30p, kids can get a free meal with the purchase of an adult’s meal. But you may want to call ahead to check, as some locations charge 99 cents for the kids meal.

Logan’s Roadhouse– Kids can get a free meal, including a side and drink, with the purchase of an adult meal. This deal is only for kids 10 and younger, and can’t be combined with other coupons, offers, or deals.
Lonestar Steakhouse– When an adult orders a meal, up to two kids 10 and under can eat free. This is a great deal for larger families!
Marie Callender’s- Buy one adults meal, get a kids one free on Tuesdays.
Pizza Hut– With the purchase of an adult buffet, kids under 11 eat for free. But note that not every Pizza Hut location offers this deal, and some charge (the-still-bargain-price) of $6.99.
Pizza Street- Kids 10 and under qualify for the perennial kids-favorite cheese pizza on Tuesday.
Red Brick Pizza- Kids eat free on Tuesday (when an adults order), but drinks cost extra.
Rock Bottom Cafe – On Monday and Tuesday, kids under 12 eat free. Nice.

Buffalo Wild Wings– While it’s not free, this is still a great deal. From 4p-10p on Wednesday, kids eat for just $1.99. You’ll definitely want to call your local Buffalo Wild Wings, though, as this isn’t a nationwide offer and not all locations participate.
East Coast Wings– Take the kids to a fun midweek dinner at East Coast Wings, where kids eat free from 3:30- to closing.
Firehouse Subs– This is a great deal- not only do kids eat free with an adult purchase, their meal comes with a drink and treat. And if you’re solo with two kids- don’t worry; you can get two free kids meals with one adult order.
Friendly’s– On Wednesdays, kids ice creams are just $1.99. Less than $2 for ice cream? Talk about a mid week treat!
Gatti Town– Order an adult buffet, and your kiddo can hit the buffet for free.
Jason’s Deli– When an adult orders on Wed, they can score a free kids meal.
Jeffrey’s Sports Grill– With purchase of an adult meal, kids eat free at Jeffrey’s. All. Day. Long.
Little Bitty Burger Barn– Here’s another great place if you have two kids. With each adult’s meal ordered, you can get two kids meals for free. Kids just have to be 10 or younger.
Luby’s- Stop in after 4pm and get a free kids meal for each adult’s meal purchased.
Qdoba- Kids eat free at Qdoba when an adult orders. Note that the day the week this deal is offered can vary by location- some restaurants offer it on Sunday instead- so call ahead.
Thursday

C.B. & Potts- Kids eat free all day on Thursday.
Captain D’s Seafood Kitchen– If you’re out to eat solo with two kids, don’t worry- you can get two free kids meals with each adult’s order.
Johnny Rocket’s- On Tuesdays and Thursdays, kids eat free when an adult meal and drink is ordered. Valid from 4p-8p only.
Old Country Buffet– Another great option if you’re out with more than one kid. For just $1.99, up to two kids per adult can fill their bellies. Offer valid from 4p-8p.
Piccadilly- Stop by on Thursday and for less than a buck ($.99), kids get an entree, two sides, a drink, and a dessert. On Saturday, this offer applies, too, but only from 11a-4p.
Red Robin– While it’s not free, the $1.99 kids meal deal is still pretty good.
Ryan’s- If you’re out with two kids on a Thursday, stop into Ryan’s. With each adult buffet, up to two kids can eat for just $.99.
Salsarita- Kids eat free with the purchase of a delicious adult entree.
The Chartoose Caboose– When you order an entree for $8 or more, kids can score a free meal all day.

Arriba Mexician Grill– BOGO- buy an adult’s meal, get a kid’s meal free.
Baja Fresh– Kids meals are free on Sunday with the purchase of an adult entree and drink.
Blue Mesa Grill- If a family brunch is your preference, stop into Blue Mesa Grill. They offer free brunch for little ones 5 and under, between 9a and 3p.
Dickey’s- If your kid is 12 or under, they can score a free meal when an adult spends at least $10 on theirs.
Hooter’s- Assuming you’re going for the sports- and nothing else!- kids get free wings 11a-11p on Sunday.
Jose Pepper’s- Kids eat free all day!
Margarita’s Mexican Restaurant- Check our a few Northeast Margarita’s locations (East Hartford and Mystic, CT, Auburn, ME, Exeter, NH, and Toms River, NJ) to get two free kids meals per adult’s meal on Saturday. The CT locations also offer this deal on Saturday.

Deals That Vary By Location
Many national restaurants are owned by independent franchisees, so days that promos are offered may vary. Just call ahead to confirm which day your location offers the promo.
Applebee’s- As one of America’s favorite casual restaurants, it stands to reason Applebee’s would have a Kids Eat Free special. Kids eat for free when you order an adult entree, but be sure to check with your local restaurant, as the day of the week varies.
Boston Market- If you’re a member of Boston Market’s VIP Club, you and your kids can get free desserts on your birthdays. Happy birthday indeed!
Golden Corral- The deal will offer by location, but kids under 3 eat for free with the purchase of an adult buffet.
Moe’s Southwest Grill- Moe’s offers free kids meals, but when they do varies widely by location, so be sure to check with your local Moes.
Quaker Steak and Lube– From 5p-10p kids can get free burgers, wings, or mac ‘n’ cheese with the purchase of an adult meal.
